This Privacy Policy describes how Nasiya Bro ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "Service"). Nasiya Bro is a customer relationship management tool for stores and dealerships that sell goods on installment. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, phone number, magazine name (for shop owners), business type (gadgets / auto), preferred language.
- Profile picture: optional avatar image you upload.
- Customer records: data you enter about your installment-payment customers — names, phone numbers, passport image you choose to scan for KYC, addresses.
- Product & sales data: inventory, sale prices, installment plans, payment history that you record while running your business.
- Documents: receipts, contracts, and other images you upload to support sales records.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version, and language preference.
- Push notification token: a unique token issued by the operating system so we can send notifications you opted in to.
- Diagnostic data: crash reports and performance metrics used to keep the app stable.
2. How we use information
- Provide the Service: account login, manage installment customers, process sales, calculate payment schedules, send reminders.
- Send notifications about due payments, new customers, and account activity (only if you allow notifications).
- Identify and fix technical problems; improve performance and reliability.
- Comply with applicable laws (tax, anti-fraud, record-keeping in the Republic of Uzbekistan).
3. Permissions we request
- Camera: capture passport photos, product images, and contract documents.
- Photo library: select existing images for upload.
- Microphone: record contract verification videos when required.
- Notifications: deliver payment reminders and account events.
- Biometric (Face ID / fingerprint): optionally unlock the app without entering a password.
Each permission is requested only when first needed and can be revoked from your operating system settings.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, push notification gateways) under written confidentiality obligations.
- To comply with a court order, regulatory request, or applicable law.
- With your explicit consent.
5. Data storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted servers operated by us in the Republic of Uzbekistan (nasiya.backend.leadai.uz). Transport between the app and the server is protected by TLS. We use access controls, secret rotation, and limit data retention to what is needed for the service.
6. Account deletion and data rights
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app. Deletion removes your access immediately. Business records that you are legally obliged to keep (tax, audit) are retained for the period required by law and then deleted. To request a copy or export of your data, email us at the address below.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adult business owners and their employees. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
